DOG OPTIONAL! $20 with dog*. $10 without dog. RSVP and pre-payment and ticket purchase required.
The one-of-a-kind class uniquely blends traditional Pilates mat exercises all while incorporating your furry best friend to strengthen the core, stretch your muscles and relax the mind. 💪🙏
