6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By using our services and facilities, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with dog interaction, group play, training, and boarding, and you voluntarily assume all risks.
Barx Parx shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damages unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barx Parx’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Barx Parx in the preceding 12 months.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Barx Parx from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
9. SMS & Text Message Communications Terms
Program Description
By opting into Barx Parx SMS messaging, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages including:
- Appointment reminders
- Service notifications
- Membership updates
- Promotional and marketing messages
Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary but typically ranges from 1–8 messages per month depending on service usage and promotions.
Opt-Out Instructions

13. Governing Law & Venue
