Our event room comfortably seats about 12 and 24 people depending on the amount of tables and chairs that are required for your event. Barx Parx will provide all tables and chairs but you are responsible for setup, clean up and take down after your events. These are small, intimate meetings and we encourage a question and answer period toward the end. Raffles and prizes for attendees are acceptable but must be pre-approved and must benefit a an approved charity organization. Recommended duration is between 45 minutes to an hour. Multimedia services are provided at no charge (TV, computer, remote etc).
We will list your event on your events page for our members to view. Events may also be included in our monthly email newsletter. You are free to do your own promotion and send the Barx Parx event link to your own contact list or promote on social media.
The Fine Print
Businesses may not sell any products or services during the event unless prearranged with Barx Parx. Charities may accept cash or item donations during your event. Promotional information and coupons may be distributed to attendees.
We request that at least 80% of your content be informational with 20% or less being about your specific product or service. We are looking to bring valuable information about your product, service or charity to our members without making anyone feel like they are being sold to (never fun). All events are subject to the approval by Barx Parx management and attendance must be free for Barx Parx members unless otherwise arranged.
All attending humans must be 21+. As with all human Barx Parx guests, attendees will be required to sign a waiver of liability to enter the facility. If this event includes dogs, all attending dogs need to be registered, provide current vaccine records and complete a free behavior assessment prior to the day of event.
Approved local charities may also use this meeting space for board meetings and other approved private events (board meetings, investor meetings, etc). Timing and availability is at the sole discretion of Barx Parx and Barx Parx reserves all rights.
