The cage free boarding has been wonderful for my Nala who doesn't like to be by herself and always wants to play. My most recent boarding experience, Nala jumped and chipped her canine tooth and the owner called to let me know and even took her to the vet. I had very limited cell service and they made sure to communicate with me every step of the way in any way they could. They continued to take great care of her in the days following the incident and sent me a detailed recap of next steps with the vet. Super thankful to have someone treat my dog like their own while I am away! The pricing did go up recently and is a little too high for me, but it is worth it to know that my pup is always in good care.read less – 2/07/2023

She always has the best time when she’s at Barx Parx. Everyone who works here is always friendly and helpful. We had always been lucky to have friends look after our pup when we went out of town. When we found ourselves without that option, I looked at Barx Parx, I was so nervous since we had never boarded him before. They were so understanding, and sent me email updates every day. Answered every time I called to chat about him, and I was able to see him on the webcam any time of day. We’ve now been using them for 5 years and wouldn’t trust anywhere else. They treat him like their own, they know him when he comes in. He’s always so excited to be there. If you need to overnight your pup, trust me the extra cost is worth them never been in a kennel, and never being stressed, because they are never left alone. (They also offer boarding and indoor dog park play.) My 9-month old puppy gets so excited to go play and the staff is friendly and efficient with pick up and drop off. They take pride in keeping the business clean and safe for the doggies that comes to play. The team members are always available for questions and support while caring for the furry friends that attend.  The management team are always on point in resolving issues and keeping everything in order.  The owners are professional and courteous and always down for a good happy hour fun!  oh yeah happy hour is every friday 4-8pm. Drink and watch your fur baby play. The care the staff shows towards our dogs is outstanding.  Because the animals are assessed in advance and all the vaccinations are required, it is a safe and happy place for our dogs to go to.  I have made some wonderful friends there as well.  Our miniature poodle squeals with delight when I tell her where we are going. It is very clean and a truly happy place for us to go too.
