Want to relax with your dog AND do some yoga? 🧘🐶❤️ Come join Michelle and Storm for some relaxing Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is slow paced and guided and focuses on holding poses for longer periods of time to fully stretch the muscles. This class is for any and all levels from beginner to advanced, with modifications given to anyone who might need. Throughout the class we will be incorporating our pups in to poses and holds.
