This year 55 companies were chosen by their employees as Nevada Top Workplaces. A third party research company conducted an extensive employee survey process for a select number of companies invited to participate in the program. The research company; Energage calculated the winners based solely on employee feedback. A total of 28,600 Nevada workers were surveyed and of out of that number nearly fourteen thousand employees responded.
Winners were ranked by the aggregate score based on employee feedback; the more positive the employee responses, the higher the score and the higher the rank.

In a decidedly employee driven job market, a positive culture and rewarding workplace is essential to attracting and retaining quality employees. Companies that strive to elevate the team member experience and listen to team member feedback are more lucrative employers in an economy that allows employees to be critical of potential employers.
